Our return flight to Manchester from Malaga was delayed over 12 hours due to a serious medical emergency on the flight requiring an emergency landing and overnight stay at Bordeaux. I rang holiday extras who were very supportive and extended return time to new return flight time without charge. Excellent customer service!
