Whilst the drop off was very efficient and well organised, the other end of the trip was not. Rang as requested after clearing customs and was told to wait at the same point as the drop off. 20 minutes standing in the cold and rain, after a second call to ask what was happening, told he should be there in a few seconds. Turned up about 5 minutes later and parked well away from the point we were standing. Then couldn't scan the QR code so had to wait even longer.
Not exactly meet and greet by my standards.
