Easy to book, easy to use - make sure your number plate is recognised as you pull up and the barrier will open. (The first time we used the car park we were too quick and then took a ticket = wrong read the instructions! The man on the end of the help button was very helpful and let us out) Great position just over the zebra crossing and you're there. My choice of parking at Birmingham.
