Returned to Multi Storey Car Park at 01.30 am, found battery was flat after 3 wks away. Phoned the number I was given for emergency only to find it was a Chatbot which had no Section for emergencies. Told to ring the number
during Office Hours. At 01.30 Freezing Cold and High Wind. Absolutely no help from Holiday Extras as promised. Reverted to my Green Flag and very efficient they were as well. Doubt very much that I will be using the Multi Storey Car Park again.
