I paid in advance for the executive lounge access in Barbados. They turned us away. Said they had never heard of this company. Called a supervisor. She said the same.
When we returned home, I explained what had happened and requested a refund. They keep blaming me. Did you not have the right coupon? Did you not present the dragon code?
I said I gave the lounge everything your company had emailed me. I wanted to use the lounge before our flight. They denied us access.
I have simply given up as Holiday Extras just wants to argue with you and deny any wrong doing.
