The booking & price were good. Have used Holiday Extras numerous times in the past and always very helpful.
This is not an issue with the booking, but on arrival at Cardiff Airport Long Stay the ANPR was not working and there were no signs to inform people. This meant everyone had to wait and be manually checked in through the intercom. The same issue when trying to leave the car park.
