We booked the Silverzone, Bristol back in October no issues, we decided to use again February once again no issues, you park your car, go to reception, sign in, you get a green receipt,there is always someone to help you.
On return hand in your green paper, get your car key they will tell you where your car is, bus leaves every 15 minutes would highly recommend
