I originally booked to park at Manchester Airport in August last year - unfortunately our flight was cancelled due to the air traffic control problem, after we had already parked. We did not have any extras on the policy but Holiday Extras agreed to give the full amount back in a voucher due to us only being parked for 5 hours. We have used part of our voucher to use Park Smart car park at Liverpool Airport this year and the remaining for a further booking next year. Customer services at Holiday Extras were very helpful and both car parking experiences have run smoothly. I would happily recommend booking insurance and parking through this company.
