I've used this company many times but on this occasion, my door and bumper of my car was damaged while under the care of Holiday Extras.
There were no Holidays Extras staff at the hotel, so I reported the damage using the Holidays Extras app as soon as I got home. Holiday Extras deny liability, stating that all damage has to be reported before leaving the site. If using this company, check your car very carefully, irrespective of the weather or lighting conditions, because the onus is on the customer to prove when and where the damage occurred.
