Very happy with overall experience. We stayed overnight before flying from Gatwick at the Holiday Inn. Plenty of parking, check in was ok although rather a lot of duplication and manual form filling, can they not get the paperwork pre printed digitally? Had a nice meal in the restaurant although took ages to get served. Appeared to be due to lack of staff, not the staffs fault! Room was lovely and compares favourably to Premier Inn, whose rooms are getting more and more basic quite honestly. Caught the Hoppa next morning, but do allow for about 20 minutes journey time! Coming back, very simple process, a little confusion on where to catch the Hoppa back from the terminal, but soon resolved, quick journey back, gave in our form at reception and picked up our key and off we went!
