When we arrived in Edinburgh, we did not appear to be held up but I was not allowed to leave the car park until I paid £16 to get out. The operator was not very helpful when I asked what the £16 was for, he said it was for being late and when I asked how late I was, he replied "less than 24 hours"
I just paid and left - not impressed at all
