Your service was absolutely fine - we have used you many times and will continue to do so.
The issue is with the supplier, OKmobility. The car was fine, pickup and drop off easy, but the contract is poor.
We did not want to pay a lot more to secure a lower excess because we have our own excess insurance. We then had to pay 40 euros extra to secure breakdown cover, which has always been included in previous car hires.
The substantial excess (1350 euros) was put through on our credit card. This also incurred a foreign purchase surcharge. On 25 April they sent me an email saying the car return was fine and the excess would be refunded. As of today, twelve days later, this has not happened.
I have replied to the email and tried ringing various numbers in Mallorca without actually getting through to anyone.
Anything you can do to resolve this would be helpful.
It is a pity because the actual hire, vehicle etc was fine.
