On trying to leave the carpark yesterday evening the barrier wouldn't open, so we pressed the help button. A very rude man told me my booking ran out at 03.00 that morning and we owed £10. I told him I thought he had the wrong booking and asked him to give me my car reg, but he refused! My booking clearly states that it was until Sat 15th June at 17.00. He refused to open the barrier until we paid £10 - NOT impressed and I'd like a refund please.
