Car parked for 2 weeks to be covered in what appears to be cement including the sun roof of a 6 month old car. Car was valeted before entrance admission photos will show a clean car.
Poor complaints system with a telephone number that apparently belongs to another company. No feed back from my complaint, which is fairly urgent and will have to wait 15 days for response! Complaint procedure explained but not how to make a complaint-needs to be bought up to current procedures.
