It is really easy to use and the app is simple to navigate . There is also a person you can call if you have any concerns and also they will put you in touch directly to the hotel. Parking is easy and you don't have to focus on a specific time to turn up. I also want to mention the Staff at the Europa Gatwick - they were very helpful and supportive when we checked in and left the car with the hotel for 5 days and also had a 24hr airport pick up and drop off service with a local taxi company.
