I phoned and asked to add on another airport fast track for my friend. I was happy to pay for this, but was told they couldn’t / wouldn’t help me.
I had tried to purchase 2 fast tracks at checkout but the system would let me.
A ridiculous situation and unfortunately the customer service teams had no desire to help me.
Definitely won’t use Holiday Extras again!
