The booking process was easy. I booked LBA short stay which in previous times was directly outside of the terminal. I received an email to say the entrance to the car park was in a different location . On arrival we realised that this is now the premium short stay. We were in what was the medium stay parking area. This was not what we expected and the walk was not easy for my disabled husband. Also on our return we were unable to exit the car park as the barrier told us we owed £640!!. It was quite a while before the help phone was answered, they obviously knew this was happening because as soon as they knew our reg number they said sorry and opened the barrier.
I would use holiday extras again to book but next time will use a long stay car park and get the transfer bus as the short/premium stay no longer justify the high prices charged.
