We had a good experience with Holiday extras. It was easy to book everything. The car park was secure and easy to use. And just jumped on the shuttle bus to the airport and back on it at the same stop on our return. No problems with the car. However, I have an issue with the hotel..well not the hotel, the staff that we dealt with were very helpful. But our room ended up being booked for the wrong night. My own fault. Although we did cancel that part of the booking before the hotel.was looking for payment so I have raised the issue with Holiday extras to get my.money back from the room. I haven't heard anything back yet.
