I have booked with Holiday Extras many times over the years. I booked a flight from Manchester terminal 1 so I booked parking and airport lounge through Holiday Extras then Jet 2 changed my terminal. I tried to change the terminal online but couldn't managed it so rang Holiday Extras and the young man (sorry can't remember his name ) was lovely and got it all changed no problem. I also booked Humberside Airport parking about 6 times (DOH!) by mistake and it was so easy to cancel the extra bookings at no charge. I recommend Holiday Parking to everyone
