I have written to you via email, I had originally booked from Thursday 31 Oct to Monday 4th November, then I changed that to Tuesday 5th November at 01.00 and was charged £17 for the additional day, yet when I arrived at Manchester Jetpark 3 I was unable to exit without paying another £15. Which I did.
Why did you overcharge me, I want this cancelled.
