Drivers arrived on time. Car from the airport was waiting for us, but felt the driver drove very fast and felt slightly uncomfortable.
Parking at Gatwick easy. Went to wrong bus stop on arrival at Gatwick and asked a bus driver where the pick up was. He pointed at a bus stop 250 yards further on, then drove to that stop for pick up, leaving us to drag our luggage after him to get on the same bus. We are both 80 yrs of age. Not impressed.
