Booked Meet and Greet Parking at Heathrow Terminal 5. On my return, I was due to pick up my car at 01:30, but they called me to say they were short staffed and didn't have anyone to bring the car to Terminal 5. Instead, they gave me a postcode to where my car was parked which was a 12-minute drive from Terminal 5.
I'm a woman and I had to travel by taxi to where my car was parked at 1 am !!!
Not only was I scared, but it's not the service I paid for!
