Requested and booked an adapted vehicle for a wheelchair but a non adapted vehicle arrived.
We had to man handle the individual in to the minibus which was dangerous and very degrading for the individual.
We paid a lot for the specialised service we didn’t receive.
I have made a complaint but nothing has been resolved.
