Excellent service as always. Issue with the lounge at Dalaman airport being unexpectedly closed for refurbishment but able to get a refund agreed within a couple of hours of reporting the issue to Holiday Extras. All other aspects of my booking first class, Sentinel parking and Yorkshire Lounge both used without any issues and would happily recommend both.
