I ordered a Signature Chester to coincide with my house move and received great customer service in the face of shifting completion dates and ultimately the house move falling through. We eventually found another house, 10 months later, and paid the original price despite there being an increase in between. We even had our payment refunded and only needed a small deposit to secure the table while we waited. I think we pushed the limits here but the service I experienced was excellent. The table itself is great and we have already had many great times with it. My only complaint would be that the table top seems to chip very easily, you need to be really careful when taking it on and off. Otherwise a very happy customer.
