We bought a fantastic pool table from this company and have had great service throughout. We visited their showroom near Bristol and received helpful, relaxed personal attention to help us make the right choices for us. Being able to see all the tables in the showroom was essential to work out what we really needed - we would definitely have bought the wrong thing if we'd bought blind. Delivery of our table was very straightforward. Neil and Aaron arrived exactly when scheduled and set to work straight away constructing and setting up our table. They were highly competent, but also nice guys who were easy to have around! They made sure to give us a full explanation of how to look after the table long-term (yes guys, we are still brushing the dust into the pockets before hoovering it away!!). We had a slight issue with 2 cues, but Home Leisure Direct immediately set about sorting that out (even though we took ages to let them know). Would I recommend this company? Absolutely!
