My wife took delivery of a slate bed pool table but was unable to check the item due to its size and weight. My wife noted the fact that the table was not checked on the delivery note. The package was carefully opened later that day to find no protective packaging inside and a scratch on the veneer. The company was emailed immediately but they ignored the initial email. The next email had a response denying any responsibility and saying they would do nothing about the damage.
Stay away from this unprofessional unscrupulous business.!!
