I ordered a Garlando F20 football table from Homeleisuredirect but when it arrived it had a big crack in it. The company are refusing to refund or replace it because I did not inspect the table on delivery (because it was delivered to my workplace) and therefore apparently forfeited any rights according to their small print.
Disgusting behaviour, customers beware.
