I was very excited to customize my mom's flag case. But when I received it, the army emblem was crooked as all hell. Luckily I was able to pull the sticker off & adjust it myself.. but it would've been nice if it had come the way it was supposed to. HomeWetBar was apologetic & did send me another emblem, but I didn't want to make it worse so I kept it the way I fixed it.
