"We were all so excited about our purchase but there was a delivery snafu that caused for order to not be received by our friends\/the recipients. So I contacted HomeWetBar\u2019s Customer Support, and they worked with me on getting a replacement sent to our friends immediately. The customized sign looks amazing - proudly displayed at our friends\u2019 store, where many people see it. The staff at HomeWetBar is kind, caring and understanding! Their product is excellent! "Ordered a custom engraved glassware set as a Christmas gift and found one of the glasses with a deep scratch in it...immediately contacted the company via e-mail and atached a picture of the defective glass. Not only did HWB respond to my e-mail very quickly, they advised me they would send out a replacement. The item came in a couple of days and I was able to replace the glass to make the gift package complete.\r\nEXCELLENT product and even better customer service!!!"
