I love your product. You need to work on your shipping process. The product I ordered was placed in a box the box itself was worn and looked well used. The larger box it was in had bubble wrap stuffed beside it . Nothing to protect the product but the box it was in. Luckily nothing broke . But it did rattle when I picked the box up..
