When I received my order it had missing items and one item delivered was wrong , after a few calls ( which the staff was very courteous ) and the only reason I had a call a couple of times was because the mix up was a little confusing , my order was delivered , duffle bags and bar accessories were given as gifts and the recipients loved their gifts!
