We had issues with our large order with some pieces missing and one engraved incorrectly. I reached out to customer service via email and received prompt responses and corrective actions. They were able to get the correct items shipped out very quickly and did not delay our celebration. Which is why I have come back to Home Wet Bar for additional items.
