When I received the piece the silencer (stopper) was broken. After a very easy couple emails they sent me out a new stopper and within a week I received the stopper. With glass products I can only imagine how difficult the shopping process is and I'm very grateful for how easy and quick the process was to get a new piece! The decanter is great and exactly as advertised.
