I ordered 4 cocktail glasses with initials. After completing the order, I realized I had put the initials in the wrong order. I called the company and spoke to their representative. She said no problem, she would make the change. And she did. She was awesome and very friendly. Shipping time was quick, and the glasses came out perfect!
