Luv the product a beautiful cutting board. I made a mistake on my part on the date using dots and hyphen, did not mean to use the hyphen but did not notice it when I placed my order. I know it is up to the customer to check and review the order before placing it, and I guess I missed it. It would be nice in the future if the person on your end would question something about a order and contact the person, as I would have appricated a call or email. Customer service is what keeps people coming back and using you again. Just a suggestion.
