So far I have received five (5) broken delivery promises for a quantity of tiles ordered on 27 June 2015. I have spent hours on the telephone and who knows how much money on 0845 numbers speaking to unfailingly polite "advisors", all of whom whilst helpful seem to be unable to provide accurate information.
Score very good for politeness but zero for effectiveness. HOMEBASE your service is a disgrace.
