I have bought goods from CURRYS and JOHN LEWIS, the persons delivering took it the room, unpacked the items and took away the packaging but couple of days ago I made purchase of Freezer and Fridge Freezer from HOMEBASE, their delivery boys took it to the room and one of them dropped the freezer 6 nches away from the floor and when I complained, the person who had dropped it denied that he had dropped it, his colleague looked embarrassed but said nothing. They did not bother to unpack it and immediately left!
I will not buy anything from HOMEBASE again.
