Absolute Incompetence from start to (still not) finish !!!!
What can I say. 8 Weeks without a kitchen, 9 seperate deliveries (and every one wrong). The final delivery received today and suprise, suprise, one of the items missing.
To say this has been a nightmare is an understatement. I apologised to the helpline girl as I said I felt sorry for how much she had to apologise..
Supposedly the Odina kitchen would be the best option. It would have been if Homebase could ever manage to co-ordinate, ship and manage it.
So far I have received over £ 1,000 in compensation (which I wouldn't have got if I hadn't ask for it)...
Would I recommend Homebase ? Only to someone I hated !!
