Ordered & paid for a dining table & chairs on 21/11/15 delivery to be 26/11/15 between 10 and 2.00pm.
made arrangements to be in & then delivery changed to 03/12/15 between 12&6.0pm.
arrangements made to be in for delivery no delivery.30 minutes on phone to be told not being delivered next delivery 15/12/15. asked why had not been notified no reponse.asked for number of complaints dept. told they had not got one.asked to speak to manager told she was on phone.said i would wait to talk to her when she was free this was not possible.
money taken no goods no customer care beware buying from this company in fact go to b&q.
