Ordered a shed, money taken out immediately and delivery date set up, Due date x2 of the SAME boxes turned up so i rang and they scheduled delivery for 2 days later having to take time off from work, 1 hour prior to delivery a text cancelling the delivery, long wait on the phone eventually answered and told delivery would be today........... GUESS WHAT !!!!!! NO shed delivered!!!! called and they hadnt even dispatched it. Worst customer service experience, will avoid homebase at all times.
