I m so disappointed to read these review and had only wished I d seen them before placing my order. I too am going through a failed and poor delivery service of a corner suite. Homebase delivered corner sofa although took 2 attempts, but had delivered 2 left hand pieces, was only discovered when unwrapped. Informed Homebase who stated another sofa will be sent, but guess what the delivery time keeps getting cancelled. I m now on my 3rd delivery schedule 6 weeks waiting, half a corner suite, a letter of complaint sent and cc'd to the ceo and guest what still no sofa, and no response. I m really gutted and cant believe I let the brand name convince me they were ok. avoid Homebase at all costs
