Ordered a bathroom suite over the Christmas period and booked a delivery slot 30 days later. Got two text messages confirming the delivery slot I booked and I also received two calls also confirming the same information a day before. On the day of delivery I was told I would get a phone call. Delivery time expired contacted the number given and was told it would be there within an hour. Called back after the hour as still no delivery and the call centre was shut and didn't get my delivery. As I had the plumbers booked for two days later not a happy person. In short I will not be using homebase again for anything like this.
