I am so upset, it seems like many others here. I ordered a new sofa, chair and footstall. I was given a delivery date of this wednesday. We got rid of our old sofa this morning. I then recieve a text message this afternoon (while we were out enjoying fathers day) saying you could not meet the delivery date. I called back and have now been informed that my sofa will not be delivered until 20th august. I am so upset, we have spent a lot of money and time redecorating to match the new sofas and now we will have to sit on a cold floor for another two months, really it is not ideal when you have a newborn and a toddler. I am supposed to be enjoying maternity leave not getting stressed out and out of pocket. I work in merchandising. You will have known if my sofa was in a container on a ship weeks ago;
1) please explain why i have only been informed of a delay 3 days before?
2)please confirm i will eventually recieve my furniture on 20th august?
3) please confirm what compensation you will be giving in light of the dismal service we have recieved?
