Never Ever Homebase Again, not only kithcen but any product i will boycott from Homebase as i was utterly disappointment with my recent buying kitchen and bath experience.
My experience has been disappointing, and despite all efforts to resolve the issues, the resolution remains unsatisfactory.
Initially, I was impressed with the assistance provided by your kitchen designer, Reece. However, the problems began once the products were delivered. It became evident that the design was flawed and did not align with the initial sales techniques.
When I raised these concerns with the store manager, Matt, I found his response to be unhelpful and dismissive. His suggestion to escalate the issue to the Financial Ombudsman seemed more like an attempt to deflect rather than address the problem.
Although I later received support from Molly at Homebase head office, who was diligent in her efforts, the issues with the kitchen design persist. The gaps and discrepancies remain unresolved, and I feel that the product was oversold relative to my needs.
Given the unsatisfactory resolution and the treatment I received, I will not be purchasing from Homebase in the future. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for others.I try to refrain from writing bad review however homebase team prompt me to write one. Avoid Kitchen and bath at all cost!
