Shopped at Homebase - Upper Galwally in Belfast. I was searching for two light bulbs. The packaging had been changed since the last time I had purchased the bulb for the kitchen light and the other was an Halogen bulb and I was totally lost.
A sales assistant Barry saw my confusion and he approached me, offering helpful advice and he was able to find the appropriate bulbs. I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
