I ordered and paid for some garden furniture and selected a delivery date, I received an order confirmation. I waited in and it never arrived. I went into the local store who rang the distribution center after waiting for 20 minutes to answer the phone they said they were out of stock. Well done for wasting my time if I did my job like this I would get sacked and so would everyone else I know, these stores treat their customers with contempt, it is not at all difficult to get this right given the technology we have today and this is not an isolated case.
