Hi Home Base Management, I would like to thank your delivery drivers Kev & Russ from the Altrincham Retail Park branch of Home Base. It was Kev’s first day on the job and he was delivering a very large BBQ that I had bought to me in Chester, he called me in the morning to tell me was on his way. I thought to myself that’s a good start to my day, knowing my BBQ was on its way. When he arrived to my dismay it’s wasn’t the BBQ I had bought, but I’m not the sort of bloke to get upset about this sort of issue. Kev was very apologetic about the mix up and said he would sort it out and would be back later in the day. To his word after all his other deliveries he had been back to Altrincham Home Base, then on to Chester 2 hours after he and Kev were supposed to have finish work. By this time it was 7pm. Outstanding it’s people like Kev and Russ that make business work and stand out from others.
