I purchased a Victoria Plum tree from Homebase, the 2nd March 2019 which was planted out and looked after but unfortunately it did not grow.
I did not keep my actual receipt but did have my credit card receipt and also the growing instructions label on the tree.
I would have gladly accepted a replacement plant but they did not have one.
"We also offer a 5 year plant guarantee that covers all hardy plants that grow year after. To return these you’ll need your till receipt or the Homebase plant care label. Again this does not affect your statutory rights"
OR YOUR HOMEBASE PLANT CARE LABEL.
I have not had the reason to return a plant/tree to Homebase previously but I for one will not be buying from them again. For their customer service care. I would not give them even 1 star.
