My local Homebase in Oxford is excellent, the staff are always extremely helpful and accommodating so it was quite a surprise when I went to the Homebase in Crawley and met with a jobsworth who accused me of money laundering when I tried to return a packet of Polyfilla. He needs to get a sense of perspective.
